Infusionsoft assigns a numeric ID to each payment gateway you configure with Infusionsoft. This is a small number, mostly no more than "20". To process your orders through you payment gateway, we need to instruct Infusionsoft on which payment gateway to use for these transactions. Even if you have only one payment gateway configured, there are many clients who have multiple gateways configured. So specifying this ID is required.


In most cases, iSmartCommerce will automatically talk with Infusionsoft to retrieve your default preference. Incase if it can not OR if you want to change to different gateway, you can change this configuration from "Settings".



How to retrieve my Merchant ID?

  1. Login to our Infusionsoft account
  2. Click on this link (replace your app url) https://[yourappname].infusionsoft.com/app/miscSetting/itemWrapper?systemId=nav.accounting&settingModuleName=Payment&settingTabName=Merchant%20Accounts
  3. You will see list of merchant account(s). Click on "edit" on the merchant account you plan on using with this app. It'll launch a new window. Now copy URL of the newly launched popup and look for single or two digit number at end of the URL. That would be your merchant ID. If you are unable to locate it, send that URL to our support team and they will help you with that.
